Triple Crown Fall Series Rules

• #1 Glendora XC Grind:…………..…Sunday Sept. 25, 2011
• #2 Hammer Time:………………..…Sunday Oct. 9, 2011
• #3 Incycle XC Challenge:………..…Sunday Oct. 23, 2011
• #4 Mt. S.A.C. Fat Tire Classic:.…….Sunday Nov. 6, 2011
• #5 Southridge 20^th Annual Classic:…Saturday Nov. 18, 2011 “SERIES FINAL”
• Your “BEST 3” of 5 races qualifies you for the overall series champion.  You must have “COMPLETED” at least 3 races.  DNF is not a completed race.
• If you switch classes after you start the series, you do not take points with you.
• If you appear to be sandbagging, it is at the discretion of the race directors to move you where you belong & you do not take points with you.

Points are as follows:                                                                                                         

(1^st: 100)  (2^nd: 98)  (3^rd: 96)  (4^th: 94)  (5^th: 92) etc……………..  

•  Race points & overall standings will be posted on WWW.SCVELO.COM  a few days after race.
• We will announce the final overall champion November 18^th in Fontana. 
• 1^st place overall series champion will receive a “Triple Crown Series” jersey.        2^nd & 3^rd place overall will receive trophies.

VERY IMPORTANT

Due to the different race classes of the Southridge Final vs. the Triple Crown Fall Series, scoring will be as follows:  You will be awarded race day trophies under the Southridge classes, however, those in contention for the overall championship, results for the Final race will be re-sorted to reflect the Triple Crown Fall Series format.  This means you may or may not race against an opponent in the same wave as the previous 4 races.
